Eligibility Codes for NEET UG 2026
NEET UG Code 01: Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (12th Standard in 2026) whose result is awaited may apply and take the test. However, they will not be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS if they do not pass the qualifying examination with the required percentage at the time of first round of counseling.
NEET UG Code 02: Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or Indian School Certificate Examination equivalent to 10+2 with 12 years of study, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (with practical tests), and English.
NEET UG Code 03: Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science from an Indian University/Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (with practical tests), and English as compulsory subjects.
NEET UG Code 04: Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English after passing Higher Secondary or Pre-University or equivalent examination. Must include practical tests.
