As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. You will work closely with service management teams and vendors, create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs), and maintain knowledge base documentation to support efficient troubleshooting and service delivery.
